We want you to love your piece. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 1 year of the day it arrives, as long as it is in its original condition.
How it works
- Contact us within 1 year of delivery and tell us you would like to return your piece.
- We will arrange the return with you.
- Once we receive it and see it is in original condition, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Preorders and proofs
Every piece is hand-painted for you. Before your preorder goes out, we send you a proof for your approval. Approving the proof is not binding. Your 100% satisfaction guarantee still applies once the piece arrives.
