Terms of service

By ordering from Argaman Fine Art you agree to these terms.

• Products. Our pieces are hand-painted originals. Because each piece is hand-painted, small differences from the design preview or proof are normal. Preview images are not photos of the finished piece. Sizes are approximate.
• Preorders. A preorder is a request for a piece to be made for you. We send a proof for your approval before it ships. Approving a proof does not limit the satisfaction guarantee.
• Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout.
• Returns. See our Refund policy.
• Use of images and designs. The designs and images on this site belong to Argaman Fine Art and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• Changes. We may update these terms. The terms in place when you order apply to your order.
